Why this matters

The question matters more than almost any other — and it is being answered badly, or not at all, by mainstream culture.  I wanted to cast aside every form of dogma — religious and scientific  — and look honestly at what the evidence actually shows.  I've compiled research from neuroscience, quantum physics, near-death experience studies, past-life research, and much more, and presented it for readers to weigh up for themselves.

IANDS

The International Association for Near-Death Studies (IANDS) provides research, information and education about near-death experiences and related subjects. 

The evidence for telepathy is overwhelming yet it's existence is denied by materialist scientists.  This is because, although it doesn't break science - it does break materialism as there is no physical explanation for it

Research suggests that 50-60% of people see deceased loved ones coming to collect them on their death.  Hospice care nurses and care-home nurses witness patients having these with great regularity.  On occasions they may find out that a sibling has died because it is them who has come to collect them.

Occasionally someone, through brain injury will acquire very specific skills - artistic, musical or mathematical.  If the brain creates consciousness then this could not happen.  If the brain filters it, then an explanation becomes available.
